Lighthouse is some kind of web based project collaboration tools (or sites?). It provides tools for bug fixing, issue tracking of a certain project with anonymouse people in public domain.
The prototypejs open source project uses the Lighthouse for bug fixing and version update, and it looks good.
To sign up the Lighthouse, you have to pay some charge in a month, but it can be free if you use only one project. I'm not sure whether free version have some restricts or not, but it looks very useful even if free version.
Actually I don't have private project, so I just active free accounts. I hope that it would be useful for me to manage my private projects In some days,..

Lighthouse는 일종의 웹기반의 협업 도구로써, public domain에서 다양한 사람들과 함께 bug fixing, issue tracking등을 수행할 수 있도록 지원해주는 웹사이트(?)이다.
현재는 prototypejs 프로젝트가 Lighthouse를 이용하고 있으며, 나름 꽤 괜찮게 운영되고 있는듯 하다.
제대로 쓸려면 매달 일정 금액을 지불해야 되지만, 1개의 프로젝트에 대해서만 운영하고자 하면 공짜로도 사용 가능하며, 공짜 버전이라고 해서 특별히 기능에 많은 제약이 있는건 아닌 듯 하다(? - 이건 확인 필요)
현재 개인적인 프로젝트가 없기 때문에 계정만 activation 시켜놨지만, 개인 프로젝트를 체계적으로 관리하고 수행하고자 할때 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 듯!!
